Would there be a way to open up a poll for issues of interest that might not be a part of an established project but would be able to be tackled in a hackathon?

In particular, I’m really hoping to gain support for improvements to the cube axes actor. See my post here: [VTK Hackathon](https://discourse.vtk.org/t/vtk-hackathon/662/3)
