FYI the parametric surfaces have been added to ParaView as a Plugin, enabled by default.

I just build the latest master. It is going to be a useful addition!
Three things:
- It is there as a plugin but not enabled by default.
- Could you please add a checkbox for `Generate Texture Coordinates` as in the original xml file? My feeling is to leave this checked because if people use PBR they will automatically need it. If this is enabled, the parametric surfaces will automatically build the texture coordinates.
- The `Clockwise Ordering` checkbox should be unchecked.
Apologies for the delay in having a close look at it. I had to reinstall Qt 5.15.2 in order to rebuild paraview. I have been using Qt 6.2 which works for VTK.

@mwestphal thankyou for all your work. I gave the ParaVIew master a good run this morning and the Parametric Surfaces are beautiful. So good to see them up there.
