Paul, inline replying, or even quoting don’t work for me either. It just seems to swallow anything that’s a quote. I think it only works if you use the discourse webpage, and doesn’t work from email. 
Todd, what about test servers in general? Looking at cdash, I don’t see anyone but kitware and Rogue Research (me) running any test builds at all. There was definitely more years ago.
