There are a lot of issues that I think @utkarshayachit and @ben.boeckel are still working through and trying to fix the right way. Of the 25 or so rows I tend to watch 2 or 3 are currently green, but it is clearly getting closer.

I’ve added a coverage build to [this CI tracking issue](https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/-/issues/18100).
