# Creating sliceable 3D brain

Dear VTK members,

We would like to produce a 3D brain image from NIfTI file which is sliceable in any direction on mouse scroll as shown in the figure. How could we achieve that using vtk?

When we trying to generate 3D using NIfTI file we are getting hollow brain? A little guidance in this regard will be very helpful.

Need bit of your guidance. I would like to slide across axial plane to see the anatomical view. Could you please provide some help on how to proceed with.

You have been a great source of help in the past for the beginners. VTK has great 3D rendering tools. We don’t have any clue on how to see through a 3D image using VTK?
