The main reason I’m using VTK is to use VMTK. However, I don’t have any sample data to test VMTK with. Is there any place where I can find sample .vtp or .voi files?

You can find a few vascular image data sets in 3D Slicer example data sets (there are probably usable contrast-enhanced images in [TCIA](https://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/collections/), too). You can segment vessels in [3D Slicer](https://www.slicer.org/) (using general segment editor tools and/or VMTK) and save result as .vtp file - see a few recipes here: [https://lassoan.github.io/SlicerSegmentationRecipes/](https://lassoan.github.io/SlicerSegmentationRecipes/)
