Hello，I’m currently working on a rendering, but my lighting settings don’t achieve the shadow effect I want.

This is an internal image of a tracheal model.I hope to achieve the effect of depth of field through light attenuation，But I don’t need the pleated shadow on the pipe wall. How to eliminate this shadow effect to make the pipe wall look smoother？
