# Image Registration and Fusion

Hello All, I am on the hunt for Image Fusion examples or open source apps that I can use for my work at the Mayo Clinic. Does anyone have software you are will to share? Thanks.

Hi @dporter, there are lots of research software packages that support image fusion. Two popular ones are:  
-3D Slicer:

-FSL:
