Ubuntu 18.04,VTK 8.2

– Performing Test CMAKE\_HAVE\_LIBC\_PTHREAD - Failed  
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:73 (add\_subdirectory):  
add\_subdirectory given source “Remote” which is not an existing directory.

CMake Error at CMake/vtkModuleTop.cmake:56 (message):  
No such module “vtkkwiml” needed by “vtkCommonCore”
