Hello everyone.

I am just starting out with VTK and I am wondering as to how I can read a png image and creating a mesh from it. I tried this: [pngreader](https://lorensen.github.io/VTKExamples/site/Cxx/IO/PNGReader/) and I got a segmentation fault saying there is no override found for vtkImageSliceMapper.
