# run vtk application using putty and xserver

Hello,  
I have compiled the arrow example using vtk 7.1.0 library in a hpc cluster using a putty window in my pc. My problem is when I run the arrow example, a window to visualize the arrow (a visualization of the arrow example) does not materialize.  
please help
