# vtkPOpenFOAMReader reads wrong times

Dear devs,

Good day to you. I have faced the following issue: vtk **P** OpenFOAMReader **doesn’t** read timestep directories of **distributed** OpenFOAM cases **properly** , when used in **python**. Namely, it always reads solutions with the smallest available timestep.

Is this a known issue, can it be remedied?

In c++ this is not an issue, since ParaView works perfectly fine. This concerns only the python implementation.

I have prepared a minial case, but I cannot upload it due to restrictions.
