Welcome to the VTK discussion forum! The [Visualization Toolkit (VTK)](https://www.vtk.org/) is an open-source, cross-platform library for manipulating and displaying scientific data. It comes with state-of-the-art tools for 3D rendering, a suite of widgets for 3D interaction, and extensive 2D plotting capability.
This forum is a place to discuss visualization programming with VTK. This includes the pragmatics of programming with the library, visualization methodologies, how to address specific problems, and how to contribute to the community.
