# Who opened the window for vtk python examples?

As I understand python has no function for drawing and window.  
So I want to know who is opening the window for vtk python examples?  
Is it TK or QT?  
For sometimes, you can’t run vtk python examples, untill you set QT direcory into PATH variable.  
Does someone can tell me something?
