Hello everyone,

We would like to ask about adding **Windows on ARM (ARM64)** CI support for VTK.

Currently, VTK’s Windows CI builds and wheels are x86\_64 only. With the growing adoption of Windows on ARM devices, adding a native ARM64 build and test job would allow VTK to be tested on WoA and eventually allow publishing a `win_arm64` Python wheel on PyPI.

I have also built VTK locally on a Windows on ARM device, and the library builds successfully without any code changes.

If we sponsor or provide a Windows on ARM device, could it be used to set up a runner for VTK’s CI? If a WoA runner can be set up, we would be happy to contribute the required CI changes to get the pipeline running successfully.

Are there any existing efforts or plans to support Windows ARM64?

Thanks for your time.
