What is the xmesa library used for and do I need it to perform offscreen rendering on a linux server?

Thank you,

I don’t think it is needed; is there an error message saying it is needed somewhere? `FindOpenGL` tries a variety of things to search for and puts a result together based on what it found, so “not found” bits may not necessarily be relevant.
