Linux wheel testing is currently broken due to a new manylinux2014 container. Rather than trying to pin it for the few days it’s likely to remain broken for, just be aware that Linux wheel test job failures are (probably ) not your fault.

manylinux has reverted using patchelf 0.18.0.0 for now, so CI should be green-able once the images get rebuilt and published:
