The above example is a stencil image of origin, spacing, dimensions, and contour data drawn from reference.
Even if you put in any content data, there is a hole in the top.

If you want your data to be opaque, just edit the transfer function.
Also polyData and imageData don’t have anything in common except that you could convert an imageData into a polyData and loose all the inside of your original information.
