Is there any widget in VTK C++/ Python similar to ImageCroppingWidget in VTK JS ?

Hi All,
VTK Js offers beautiful ImageCroppingWidget : vtk.js . Widget has many handles : face handles, edge handles, corner handles (green spheres) . I wonder if there is any widget in VTK c++/ Python has the same handles ?
