Hello guys, I’m trying to show dicom series with segmentation. Segments comes from a nifti file but when I add them to scene the orientation is wrong is there anyway to fix it? Thhanks a lot!
Does your nifti file contain orientation information, or is it implicitly assumed to be in the same space as the underlying reconstructed dicom series?
I realized the nifti and dicoms have different orientations, I fixed the issues with changing the orientation. Thanks for the response!
