ParaView 5.9.0 2D plots are corrupted (regression, caused by bug in VTK shader)

Issue started after upgrading to Paraview 5.9.0. I wrote bug report against Mesa (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/4729) and Mesa developer Marcin Ślusarz found bug in one of VTK shaders (see discussion in Mesa issue tracker).
