VTK 9.2.0.rc1 is finally out. This release comes with Python wheels for Python 3.10 and SDKs for building further wheels based on VTK’s C++ API.

If there are things of note that are missing from the release notes, please make MRs updating it targeting master and backported to release. There are things that I removed from release notes that belong more in class and usage documentation than release notes (which are intended to be for users upgrading to know what is available; pointers to class docs for details on how to use the new feature).
