just wanted to share that it looks strange (to me) to use an S-Curve ramp as a default in the vtkImagePlaneWidget … When setting a window level from outside, we don’t get the same image than most of the dicom viewers that uses a linear ramp to remap data (Hounsfield value in our case).
Maybe there should be an option in the vtkImagePlaneWidget itself ?
