vtkMath, vtkPointLocator, vtkDistancePolyDataFilter issue

Hello, I recieve these errors when I try to pass a vtkAppendPolyData to a vtkBooleanOperationPolyDataFilter. What do these errors mean? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

vtkBooleanOperationPolyDataFilter is not very robust and may generate invalid output for valid inputs, but it is much more likely that your mesh violates some of the assumptions that vtkBooleanOperationPolyDataFilter has about a “well-behaved” mesh. For example, your mesh may contain coincident points, degenerate triangles, holes, inconsistently oriented triangles, coplanar or overlapping triangles. Do you use a nice, closed surface meshes as inputs?
