I failed to build VTK 8.2.0 on Windows 10 with VS 2017 and VS 2019, but after removing the integration between vcpkg and Visual Studio by vcpkg integrate remove, the build is successful.
This sounds like a vcpkg problem to me without more information. Isn’t VTK already in vcpkg already?
