Cannot build vtkrenderingExternal on windows

This is external dependencies :

I can find three dependencies in cmake output .
But the flag //Request building vtkRenderingExternal Module_vtkRenderingExternal:BOOL=OFF
It always OFF, even if I change it to ON .

Please post error messages in full and as text, not images. I suspect the message at the top of the output window is important, but it is inaccessible.
