The main reason I’m using VTK is to use VMTK. However, I don’t have any sample data to test VMTK with. Is there any place where I can find sample .vtp or .voi files?
You can find a few vascular image data sets in 3D Slicer example data sets (there are probably usable contrast-enhanced images in TCIA, too). You can segment vessels in 3D Slicer (using general segment editor tools and/or VMTK) and save result as .vtp file - see a few recipes here: https://lassoan.github.io/SlicerSegmentationRecipes/
