How to create a qtdesigner plugin with vtk9.0.1

I have compiled the VTK9.0.1 by MSVC2017,but i can’t find the qt plugin lib.Has somthing wrong in my config?here is my cmake config

It has been removed and was not working very well anyway before.

For reminder, this was only a plugin letting you add QVTK* classes in Qt designer.
