Is there a VTK installer available for Windows 10 (64-bit)?

Hi,
I’ve been trying without success to install vtk on my Windows computer. Regardless of what I try (different versions of vtk and different compilers, etc), I get a whole host of errors. I’m not sure it’s worth it for me to spend a whole of time sorting this out (for one thing, my projects unrelated to vtk compile fine).

It would be so much simpler for me if I could just install vtk using an installer (an msi, exe or something like that).

So-- is there a vtk installer or precompiled binaries for Windows 10, please?

The only precompiled binaries available for VTK are the wheels available through pip install vtk. Everything else is done from source. What errors are you encountering? Do the build instructions help?
