Qt6, Linux Debian, display vtkAxesActor with QVTKOpenGLNativeWidget

Hello,
I develop Qt Window Application by usage VTK 9.1 library (Linux Debian 12, Qt 6).
I create QFrame with QVTKOpenGLNativeWidget by follow

VtkSceneFrame::VtkSceneFrame(QWidget *parent) :
QFrame(parent),
ui(new Ui::VtkSceneFrame)
{
ui->setupUi(this);
QSurfaceFormat::setDefaultFormat ( QVTKOpenGLNativeWidget::defaultFormat() );
auto vtkwidget = new QVTKOpenGLNativeWidget();
auto renWin = vtkSmartPointer::New();
vtkwidget->setRenderWindow(renWin);
auto interactor = renWin->GetInteractor();
auto m_renderer = vtkSmartPointer::New();
renWin->AddRenderer(m_renderer);

vtkSmartPointer<vtkAxesActor> axes_actor = vtkSmartPointer<vtkAxesActor>::New();
axes_actor->AxisLabelsOn();
axes_actor->SetTotalLength(1.0, 1.0, 1.0);
axes_actor->SetShaftTypeToCylinder();
vtkSmartPointer<vtkOrientationMarkerWidget> axes_widget = vtkSmartPointer<vtkOrientationMarkerWidget>::New();
axes_widget->SetOrientationMarker(axes_actor);
axes_widget->SetInteractor(interactor);
axes_widget->SetViewport(0.0, 0.0, 0.2, 0.2);
axes_widget->SetEnabled(true);
axes_widget->InteractiveOn();
//
m_renderer->SetBackground(150.0 / 255, 150.0 / 255, 169.0 / 255);
m_renderer->SetBackground2(54.0 / 255, 54.0 / 255, 103.0 / 255);
m_renderer->SetGradientBackground(true);

// Camera
vtkSmartPointer<vtkCamera> camera = m_renderer->GetActiveCamera();
camera->SetViewUp(0, 1, 0);
camera->SetPosition(0, 0, 10);
camera->SetFocalPoint(0, 0, 0);
m_renderer->SetActiveCamera(camera);

BRepPrimAPI_MakeBox mkBox(1., 2., 3);
const TopoDS_Shape& shape = mkBox.Shape();

vtkNew<IVtkTools_ShapeDataSource> occSource;
occSource->SetShape(new IVtkOCC_Shape(shape));

vtkNew<vtkPolyDataMapper> mapper;
mapper->SetInputConnection(occSource->GetOutputPort());

vtkNew<vtkActor> actor;
actor->SetMapper(mapper);

m_renderer->AddActor(actor);
m_renderer->ResetCamera();
ui->verticalLayout->addWidget(vtkwidget);

}

After running, axes_widget (vtkOrientationMarkerWidget) doesn’t render in my QFrame. But OCC shap is rendered good.

What could be the problem?
Thanks
