Hi when I read sequence picture with different position I have a problem.
My sequence images are randomly collected images, so the coordinates are not continuous in one direction like CT images.
How should I read my image and the corresponding coordinates?

Slicer can display sequence of randomly positioned slices and even reconstruct a Cartesian volume from it. The easiest is to put the image frames into a sequence. See a complete example here: https://discourse.slicer.org/t/segmentation-of-mitral-valve/14598/10?u=lassoan
