In updating to 9.0.1 it seems that the Data and Large Data files do not correctly untar/unzip when I attempt to extract them using 7-Zip. In the data folder I get nothing, and what I do get are hashes or uids, which are not usable files or folders. Is anyone else running into this and does anyone have any ideas how to make sure that those files can be correctly extracted? It seems that there is no issue with the source itself and it can be compiled with cmake/Visual Studio. I’d appreciate any information anyone may have.
Those are the content-addressed store of files which are used during the build.
There’s a task to provide the “expected” file layout in a tarball, but the build system doesn’t use those (AFAIK).
