Image cursors not shown properly in VTK 9.1 (Four Pane Viewer)

Hello!

If I am running the Four Pane Viewer example with VTK 9.1, the cursors are not shown properly.
I.e. the cursors are not shown at all, only some dots of the line are shown or the line is behind the image. If I remember correctly, the example worked fine in previous versions I have used.
